2. Processing Time

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Customs & Import Liability

  • The customer assumes ALL risk once the package leaves our facility.
  • We have no control over, and are not liable for, any inspections, seizures, delays, or legal issues caused by customs or law enforcement in your country.
  • We will never declare the true contents on a customs form. The package will be declared as a low-value commercial good (e.g., samples, documents, clothing accessories).

7. Lost, Seized, or Delayed Packages

  • Lost in Transit (No Tracking Updates > 30 Days): We offer a one-time, 50% store credit reship to a new address if tracking shows no movement for 30 days. Proof may be requested.
  • Customs Seizure: If tracking shows “Held by Customs,” “Seized,” or similar final status, we do not offer reships or refunds. A copy of a seizure letter from authorities may qualify you for a 20% store credit as a courtesy.
  • Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, weather, or local disruptions.

8. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • You are 100% responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
  • Address changes can only be made if the order is still in “Processing” status. Contact us immediately via encrypted email if you need to make a change.

9. Signature Confirmation

  • Priority shipments require a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign.
  • For Standard shipping, signature may be at the carrier’s discretion. You are responsible for retrieving the package from your mailbox or local post office if a notice is left.
